Question to ask myself before eating: is this helping me move towards my goal? Or away from my goal? It’s one or the other.
The thing I like about my weight right now? Well, practically nothing but – THERE IS SO MUCH POTENTIAL! Seeing the silver linings will help me here. Keeping my focus on the positive… realistic positive… will get me moving towards my goal.
Each day on my 100 day calendar, I record my weight (incognito so my husband doesn’t know the real number, as if I’m fooling anyone?) and the number of calories I burned that day from exercise.
